Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ FULLY BEFORE BOOKING
Late Arrivals:
• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee.
• Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes late will require the appointment to be rescheduled and will be considered a no-show.
Cancellations & No-Shows:
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service total.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost and must be paid in full prior to booking any future appointments. No exceptions.
